They forage across a landscape that’s pretty unique — heather on the hills, bramble in late summer, wild coastal flowers, hedgerows, forests, and higher ground where alpine and mountain plants grow. 

We don't heat this honey, so you get the real natural taste of where the bees have been. 

Honey is a more natural choice for sweetness than highly processed sugars, and it has a depth of flavour that you can't imitate.
